Many years of traveling and exploring, as well as working in different venues, gave us many lessons. It is invaluable. Cuisine we experienced with Tsuma was very special; from the beginning to the end. The way Tsuma takes care of every detail is impeccable. Quality of the product and the delicacy with which they treat it. Tsuma takes care of the beauty in every dish and makes this evening an ideal experience to enjoy with friends or family. I need to say I didn’t like sushi much in the beginning, but since I tried Tsuma it has changed my perception. It’s a completely different experience with a high level of knowledge transfer, which is in my eyes important. Finally that is what you give to your body and who do you trust it for - especially for the chef itself. It is not only a dinner and you can feel it - this is an experience. I can just say with these two beautiful and passionate people I would recommend anyone to try their sushi!
