Antonius Caviar is not only a leader in sturgeon breeding and one of the biggest producers of caviar in the world. It is first and foremost a family, made up of both the founders and successive generations, as well as associates at every level, who develop the company.

A whole group of enthusiasts has been constantly working for the brand’s success. Fishermen, ichthyologists, food technologists, biologists, scientists and specialists in many other fields.

It is their joint effort, attention and care for the smallest details that translate into the exceptional quality of the final product.

The commitment of employees, their love for fish and caviar, and their attachment to the structures of the farm are the pillars of Antonius company.

The highest quality of the roe

Antonius is one of the few companies in the world obtaining roe only from fish from their own farms.

Thanks to this, they have an impact on the constant quality of the product from the very beginning. Also, as one of the few, they have as many as three farms with different water parameters. This allows fish to “migrate” between different ecosystems, which mimics their migrations in natural conditions.

Antonius is faithful to traditional methods and produces only fresh, unpasteurized caviar, from unovulated sturgeon eggs.

This is why its texture is so silky smooth, and the caviar itself delicately melts on the palate instead of “popping” on the tongue, which is the case with widely available pasteurized products.

How to get

We are located in Ibiza en Can Escandell, in a newly built apartment complex. Just behind the new petrol station Carburantes Ibiza.

Very easy access from the main road/highway (El-20).

Going from Ibiza Town, Santa Eulària or Sant Antonio- take exit El-700 to Ca n’Escandell/Eivissa-Ses Figueretes/Sant Josep. Go straight. After passing the roundabout, You will find us on the left side.
Going from the Airport, Sant Jordi- take the exit 'Eivissa/Sant Josep’. After passing the roundabout, keep going straight. You will find us on the right side, just before the petrol station Carburantes Ibiza.
